| Disposable Camera Circuit | | We've all seen videos (possibly) on taking apart a disposable camera to take out the flash circuitry inside. This is quite a handy piece of hardware which has a host of capabilities in terms of homemade projects. It has even been modded to be used as a taser or shocker of a sort too! Here's the proposition; Im going to use this circuitry to create an electric ignitor box. The only problem is that there are issues in the wiring. I have a toggle switch and a momentary push button switch. The push button will charge up the capacitor while the toggle will discharge the capacitor. Meanwhile, an LED will slowly begin to glow to indicate the capacitor being charged.Any suggestions or ideas for the project? | |

| fun with photography.... | | When's the last time you did something outrageously fun with a camera? I know photography is fun in general. There's reward in taking pictures and using them. I enjoy everything about photography. But one time after my son graduated from high school a bunch of us bought several disposable cameras. We went around town taking crazy pictures; like down by the lake and at the mall. Just a bunch of crazy shots of us acting crazy! Then we took them to a one hour photo place and developed them and had a wonderful time organizing them into a book! It was the most fun I think I've ever had with a camera! Would you share the most fun you ever had with a camera? | |
| | I found a camera! --The disposable memory Project | | I found a cam last month. I just want to share with you guys this worldwide project. Visit disposablememoryproject.org. 'They are leaving disposable cameras around the world. People are picking them up, taking a few photos and passing them on, eventually returning home - so they can tell our stories.'
I am planning to drop two cameras here in my country (about two weeks from now). I will pass them to friends and the other, I decided to pass them to people I know online. If you are interested, you can send me a message so we can talk about it.

| | Family Picture | | My sister's idea for my dad's birthday was to get a family picture taken. It had been ten years since our last family portrait, and since then my sister has gotten married. I hate getting my picture taken, absolutely hate it, but it was for my dad, so of course I did it. We had it done, and it didn't turn out so bad. It was my parents, my sister and I, and her husband. I was glad to get Jeff (her husband) into the picture because he is such a special part of our lives now too. Of course my sister called around and found a place not so expensive. And she and my mom split the price with me chipping in as much as I could afford, which was only a little.: (When was the last time you had your family picture taken professionally? Or maybe just your own picture taken? I don't mean like on a disposable camera, but say even a school picture. I remember having to get my school picture taken almost every year when I was younger. | |

What is with the world today? (eek! that sounded like my mom for minute!) seriously, No one seems to have common sense anymore! They can fix a computer, do math that would make your head spin and then they just don't the sense to figure out the simplest life related problem!Example: My 14 year old nephew is a genus.. aREAL one! HE has had colleges scoping him out.. and buying him gifts and sending him on trips.. since he was in the 3rd grade! At the age of 2 he was reading books... without pictures! he can do math without paper and pencil and has never even owned a calculator. He has been in every gifted class around and even corrects his teacher's mistakes. His favorite thing now is learning languages and he can speak about 5 different languages fluently! He is amazing to watch, He can take a complete computer apart in a matter of minutes and back together again in no time and re-program it.. and last week he made a taser gun out of a disposable camera!BUTHe doesn't have an ounce of common sense!none! totally void!He traded a xbox for a deck of cards! He once set a building on fire to kill some bees! He stands IN THE...

| The bellboy put my toothbrush in his dairy are!!! | | Well this is a story I was told that is true. THis couple went on a vacation. And stayed in one of those nice hotels with the bellboys. They complained about a lot and fussed and never give the bellboys a tip for anything. So they enjoyed their vacation. Taking pictures and stuff. When they returned home they took a disposable camera that they had taken pictures with when they were on vacation to be developed. When they returned home to look at their pictures there was a picture of two rear ends with their toothbrushes shoved up in their butts. Oh my goodness. Don't you know that they were upset. They had no clue until they returned home so of course they had been brushing their teeth with them all along. And it was only a picture of their butts so they could not prove anything! So the next time you stay somewhere you might want to keep your toothbrush hidden. | |
| | Good camera - low budget...any advice? | | I'm wondering if anyone has any advice on what type of camera I can get on a low budget, but one that is still good quality.I love photography but unfortunately am limited to a disposable camera, which is awful!I would love to get a really good quality, professional digital camera, but have very little money! I have no idea of what kind of prices are realistic, but something under £150 would be good, I can save up for that!:DPlease help me, if you can! Thanks:) | |
